In this case, contact our support in any convenient way for you and ask you assign free subdomain to you specifying your cPanel login name.
2. You have not yet ordered hosting.
In this case, when ordering hosting, at the very first step select - “I want to use free subdomain from Schneider-Host” and specify it.
